Roll up – system

With our roll up system your load is secured very quickly. No cumbersome insertion of the webbing into the winding shaft, no free hanging webbing after securing the load. Especially easy to handle. Due to the automatic retractor, the webbing is slightly under tension during the securing process. If the webbing is rewound too quickly, e.g. if the end fitting is released, the system is blocked by the safety rewind lock in the winding spool by means of a locking lever, thus preventing injuries caused by end fittings whirling around

Geared Pull Ratchet 35mm – 30kN (ERGO)

The higher the pre-tensioning force the better the load securing, very high STF values are often required for load securing, our 35 mm ERGO ratchet is therefore equipped with a gearbox.
By means of the gear ratio you can achieve much higher pre-tensioning forces with this ERGO gear ratchet than with a usual ratchet.

ERGO gear ratchet (71BQ064) has a lever lock and is designed for 35 mm lashing straps.

ABS-Pull Ratchet 50mm – 50kN (ERGO)

Why ABS? It’s as simple as it is obvious.
It’s about your safety, because when transporting goods, your secured load can still ‘settle’ or move a little. Therefore, the load can suddenly start to move uncontrollably when released with a normal pressure or long lever ratchet and possibly cause an accident.
This situation can be prevented with an ABS (Active Brake System) towing ratchet.
An ABS-ERGO long-lever ratchet allows you to release the tension in small steps so that you can react better to a potential problem.
Our ABS tension ratchets are tested in accordance with DIN EN 12195-2 for the prescribed lashing capacity (LC) and breaking load (BL).
