What does KONNEX mean?
The name KONNEX is derived from the Latin word conexus, meaning connection, linkage or the joining of individual elements into a complete system. This idea perfectly reflects our products. A piece of webbing alone cannot secure a load. Only when combined with hooks, end fittings, ratchets or cam buckles does it become a complete and reliable load securing system. Whether it is a wire hook, swivel hook, pressure ratchet, ERGO ratchet or cam buckle, every component has a specific function. It is the interaction of these components that creates the connection required for safe and effective load securing – KONNEX connects.
